We're Hiring

Pricing Administrator

Beyond Retail is an award-winning multi-website online retailer offering bathroom, kitchen and heating products to Britain’s homeowners and tradespeople. Over 8 million people visit our websites each year, and we’re on a mission to help create well-designed homes that look great, feel special, and positively impact people's everyday lives.

We’re almost 15 years old now, and in that time, we’ve accelerated from zero to £50m/year revenue, won local and national awards, and grown to 150-plus people. Our three websites - Drench, Tap Warehouse and Only Radiators - are growing from strength to strength.

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Pricing Administrator to join our team at Beyond Retail. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of our pricing processes, support new product launches, and help shape the way we manage price changes as we continue to grow into the biggest and best online bathroom retailer in the UK.

Think of this as the starting point for a career in pricing, analysis and commercial decision-making. For the right person, there’s real scope to progress - from improving pricing tools and processes, to building out reporting, to becoming a subject matter expert in pricing strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing supplier-led price changes and new product pricing:

  • Investigating price change files to match SKUs, apply terms and flag discontinuations.
  • Producing clear, accurate reports so the team can take action (e.g. negotiations or re-sourcing).
  • Creating pricing templates for Directors to reprice new and existing products.
  • Importing and checking pricing in our ERP system, running both pre- and post-import checks.
  • Logging and documenting supplier nuances so knowledge is captured and re-used.
  • Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and trackers to keep everything watertight.
  • Proactively contacting suppliers to plan upcoming changes.

Owning and improving processes:

  • Taking accountability for regular processes, ensuring they’re carried out accurately and on time.
  • Using common sense checks to spot errors before they cause issues.
  • Reviewing failures, putting in place safety nets and updating documentation.
  • Looking for ways to streamline spreadsheets, templates and reports.
  • Communicating process changes clearly across the team.

Future progression:

Once the core pricing process is running smoothly, you’ll take on more responsibility — from implementing pricing tools, to building reporting dashboards, to supporting commercial decision-making.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (you’ll use VLOOKUPs and formulas daily).
  • Excellent attention to detail - spotting inconsistencies and preventing errors.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Logical thinker with investigative skills to get to the root of problems.
  • Able to apply learnings from past changes to improve future ones.
  • Confident communicator with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Tech literate, quick to pick up new tools and systems.
  • Proactive and ambitious — keen to develop a career in pricing and data.

Commercial awareness or pricing knowledge is desirable, but not essential if you’re eager to learn.

What we can offer you:

  • Flexible working hours — we work 40 hours per week, typically starting and finishing between 8 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Friday
  • Generous annual leave
  • All the tech you need + remote working budget for setting up your home office
  • A fantastic office, or flexibility to work at home
  • A company-wide commitment to learning and development
  • A friendly, customer-focused environment built on teamwork, collaboration, ownership, and transparency
  • Team and company-wide social events
  • No corporate dress code

Our Values

Everything we do is shaped by our ten core values. These inform the foundations of our relationships with customers and each other but they also shape how we measure and reward the performance of our colleagues. Simply put, success is not about who you are or how loud you shout, but about the impact you make and what you do. We encourage doing rather than dreaming – if you have an idea, speak up and we will listen! Everyone’s opinion matters and any suggestions are welcomed.

Our Diversity

We aim to foster a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel confident in bringing their whole selves to work, feel included and their talents are nurtured, empowering them to contribute fully to our vision and goals.

Work is not a place; it is what you do…

We believe the future of work is about flexibility. Not everyone does their best work from an office, and not everyone wants to work from home exclusively. Our employees can choose to work flexibly either from home or in our office.

To demonstrate our commitment to this, we have a fantastic Home Working Support Scheme! We want to ensure that those who do choose to work from home can still work in the best possible environment, and are not left out of pocket.

In a nutshell, we offer:

  • A one-off allowance of £500 for you to set up your home office

If you would like further information on this position, please do not hesitate to contact us or submit your application.
