Junior Category Merchandiser

The Junior Category Merchandiser will be assisting the Category Merchandising team across various projects and processes with the goal of improving our customer’s experience, increasing conversion rates and creating an informative and engaging shopping journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or continue a career in ecommerce merchandising.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Playing your part in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including image resizing and optimisation to ensure a consistent and excellent customer journey.
  • Assisting the wider category merchandising team with project work.
  • Maintaining our onsite review platform including moderating customer imagery.
  • Assisting in the writing, building and execution of existing / new Merchandising processes.
  • On-going daily maintenance of promotional activity throughout the year.
  • Performing regular site walks to spot bugs, and any data, content, product or list page issues.

  • Tech literate with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Demonstrable experience in using either Google Sheets or Excel above a basic level. You’ll be using Vlookups extensively, so you’ll need to be confident with formulas.
  • Some level of commercial awareness. This is desirable.
  • A willingness to speak up and share ideas.
