For many of our customers, choosing their new bathroom or kitchen is a life-changing decision. Inevitably, they have questions for us, and our knowledgable Customer Service team are always on hand to problem solve and offer advice. Combining a friendly, can-do, focused approach to customer service with compassion, they do everything they can to help customers go forward with confidence.

Beyond Retail is a rapidly growing and forward-thinking multi-website online retailer on a mission to help our customers create homes they can be proud of. We do this by giving our staff the freedom, opportunities and tools to learn and improve every day. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor, who loves problem-solving and turning the frowns of customers upside down, to join us!

This role is a permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rotation of two shift patterns – 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30pm to 6pm. We may look to extend these hours in the future.
